Writing Camp

Writing camp is the best kind of camp. While other programs take young storytellers and provide them with one season of storytelling fun, in writing camp kids get to keep their creations for the rest of their lives and inspire them to work on their own written stories.

A written story is a lot of things: a written story creates a foundation for creative energy, bridges the gap between a child’s fantasies and their reality, and allows them to work out the problems they see in the world in a way they understand.

But what’s better than a written story? How about a written book, told by a collective of talented storytellers over the course of a few months? That’s what Written Out Loud offers.

So whether you’re looking for a virtual storytelling program, or a writing class for kids, or just somewhere for your children to geek out over Marvel, Percy Jackson, and Harry Potter, we’ve got you covered.
